Having efficiently managed global teams of up to 1000 employees and handled budgets up to $100 million, his leadership skills are second to none. A three-time 'Outstanding Performer' at Bank of America and a prestigious participant in top executive development programs at both Bank of America and Lehman Brothers, Steve's credentials speak for themselves.

His notable achievements include the development of a global private banking system, earning him an Infoweek 500 Innovations and a Nielsen award, and the achievement of CMM Level 2 for a bank development group. Steve, an alumnus of the New York Institute of Technology, continues to redefine the digital transformation landscape at Proviniti.

Puri is part of the management team at Proviniti, portfolio company under RCG Ventures (PE firm with 3+Bn assets under management) responsible for driving New Growth Strategy, Go-To-Market and managing C-level customers and partnerships for new revenue growth across key investment portfolios. He is an accomplished performance driven Senior Executive with 25+ years of progressive global achievements to incubate, scale, and drive technology-led high margin businesses.

Previously, Puri has had a successful track record in key leadership roles with Global SI’s and Enterprise SaaS majors like Capgemini, Infosys, Genpact, HP, Oracle, and Celonis scaling global business growth across Digital Consulting Services and SaaS plays, furthering strategic partnerships and leading cross-cultural teams for Enterprise Transformation solutions for F500 clients, combined with NextGen Automation and AI platforms.

Puri is recognized as an adept business & technology leader to drive transformative growth in disruptive industry segments to scale market adoption, drive innovation through technology to outperform financial and impact performance objectives, and lead high performing talent teams.

Earlier, he also led his entrepreneurial startup venture as Founder & CEO in the Silicon Valley to build NextGen BPaaS Platform-BPO SaaS offering.

Puri holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Masters in Technology Management from Deakin University, Australia and B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India.

He is based out of San Francisco Bay Area, with previous global stints in Singapore, London, India, and APAC region.
